This business is operated by my kids and I. Teaches them workmanship and team
work. Learning costumer service skills, working in the field, time management,
financial decisions, handling money, paying business bills, sales and marketing skills.
Along with inventory and earning money into their savings. Leaving room for the
family to continue to invest and grow together as young business owners.

Back ground as myself as a mother, I have strong business, sales, management,
marketing, graphic design, and promotional skills. That has allowed me to become
a successful self contractor and business owner of multiple small businesses.

I thrive everyday to support my family of 7. And realize it's not easy working for
other employers with such a large family and have found myself in the past
struggling along with having ADHD. Makes staying employed by others very

I am also a survivor of Domestic Violence in my past. That left me very crippled
from being employed and one rejection after another in job interviews. Due to the
lack of many years of not working during my abusive past. Single with 3 young
children and no financial support. Their father was sentenced to prison for many
years after, due to the domestic violence charges. With no sign of future financial
support and lost of his parenting rights. I was on my own.

After I got out of the abusive situation safely. I immediately
started working at the Marion County District Attorneys office as a Victim
Advocate, as a paid volunteer internship through DHS. To help support me
till I got on my feet again. This internship allowed me to be able to help other
victims, their children and for me to start healing from my past as well.

After my 2 year internship ended, I quickly went into survival mode and used
my natural talents and eagerness to thrive. I decided to promote myself and
start my own side small businesses. Same time met my future husband that
ended up adopting my 3 older children as his own legally. And I had two more
wonderful children with my husband.

Later I learned my children have been struggling in schools and some behavior.
I learned they too were struggling with ADHD that they inherit from my side of
the family and myself. Also other red flags concerns. Which also lead to my
children developing learning disabilities and on the spectrum for borderline
autism. Most of if was due to witnessing domestic violence long term during
the first couple years of life and inheriting ADHD did not help.

I did not want my children to grow up struggling or ever in a
situation that left them cripple because of an employer or relationship. This is
why creating this business for my kids to grow and learn from is very critical.
With my professional experiences. My dream is to help them grow into
successful respectful individuals. Even with these mental challenges
they can prove to them selves, they can over come obstacles
and be just as successful as anyone else.

Reminding them along there way to success. That we always give back to
our community in all the work we do. We can do anything as long as we put
our minds to it and take action. Never give up. As a reminder, a few of my
own business plans failed. Each fail is an opportunity to learn and grow from.
Do not quit till you have succeeded.

they rent a bouncy house/ jumper/ generator or any other item at their
OWN RISK. Renters also
agree to take full responsibility/ liability and good care of our items for rent. Renters hold Salem
Jumper Rentals L.L.C. Completely harmless of any know or unknown liability. Renters to use safety
cautions and common sense. Bouncy Houses are NOT a baby sitter and needs FULL
SUPERVISION at all times.

You must sign a waiver. For you to give full permission to have yourself, any adults or children in
your care. To participate or jump inside the bouncy house/jumpers. You must beware of health
expected to show proof of ID and any receipts for park permits before setting up. You understand
it is at your own risk and children’s or people involved. You take full responsibility and full
ownership of items or item rented during the time you are renting item or items. You have to hold
any known or unknown liability harmless from Salem Jumper Rentals L.L.C, members, and
volunteers as well with any kind of involvement with or surrounding the bouncy house/jumper,
generators and anything else you rent from Salem Jumper rentals L.L.C. By agreeing to this.
You will date, print your full name, age, your address, and your phone number. Along with a
today's date and signature of your name as well. You are allowing yourself, adults or you’re
children in your care to participate or jump at their own risk. You agree threw the contract it is
renters agreement to repay any damages towards any item or items rented threw Salem Jumper
Rentals L.L.C. You also agree to signing off on a check of list during set up and take down, to
look for any previous or new damages. Renters agree to payment due before set up, no refunds
or exchanges after. Renters understand there will be 9 page legal disclaimer contract agreements
signed before set up of equipment and before payment is accepted. Renters understand Salem
Jumper Rentals L.L.C. Has the right to refuse service to anyone and cancellation due to
unexpected bad weather condition and of any kind of a break in the renters agreements. All
renters have to accept full responsibility and take full liability. Renters have to be renting, buying
or owners of the private property to rent and sign rental agreement. You must take all steps to
reserve a jumper at any public, park or business location. And have permission and taken the
steps to have insurance liability coverage at any location before we set up jumpers. Its in the
agreement you have everything in place. Please allow plenty of time to read through the entire
rental agreement before signing and please pre-read our operations below. As we will make sure
you send us a confirmation text you read our operations prior to reserving.  THANK YOU!

*(NOTE) IF YOU ARE NOT RENTING A BOUNCE HOUSE, we do not set up party supplies
being rented,This is a self serve pick up by appointment and have kits ready at your
scheduled time. Unless you rent a minimum of $130 worth of supplies. Then we can schedule
to set up and take down on site. That does not include travel time if you are beyond 19
minutes of our pick up/ drop off location. (PRICE $10 INSTALL FEE) For Back Drop, Dunk
and Games. We will help put together for you and take apart for you at a on site bounce
house rental since we are already there. (It is a self serve rental) and has easy do it yourself

PAYMENTS: We accept Cash, Card and PayPal online, and Zelle which is set up easily
through your bank app and it's free. Waivers/Contracts needs to be signed by an legal
authorized representative of name on business, property or lease of where the equipment
being rented is located. Any Liability Coverage needed for such event. Is the renters
responsibility. Renters are aware of all risk including death and hold Salem Jumper Rentals
LLC and its members and volunteers harmless of any known or unknown risk or malfunctions
and unpredictable weather. And for party supplies exceeding certain amount and depending
what is being rented. A up to $100 check hold deposit may be required for damages or not
returned if needed for smaller item and agree to the terms and conditions through Docu Sign.
Docu signed is a legal binding E-Signatures for binding contracts. It will be needed to be
signed and returned along with payment be due date. Or reservation will be cancelled.
